Taunton Festival of the Arts will take due care to protect the privacy of any personal data it holds.

The Festival holds personal data in order to administer its festivals, competitions and other such like events it organises. It holds data which enables it to elicit support for its activities through Friends schemes and the like.

The Festival will not use this data for other purposes or pass it on to third parties. Data which is no longer in active use will be deleted within a reasonable time frame.

Any person may request to see the data the Festival holds on them and ask for it to be deleted. The Festival’s Data Controller, who can be contacted by email through the Festival’s website, will ensure that this is done.
