Withdrawals and Refunds 

There will be no refund for withdrawals made after payment and confirmation of a place, unless for medical reason, in which case a medical evidence will need to be  supplied.

 Applicants who withdraw due to injury or illness will have their entry fees refunded minus a 10% administration charge.

Cancellation of an event 

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that an event goes ahead. We reserve the right to cancel events up until the day, should any emergency or unforeseen circumstances, out of our reasonable control occur e.g., severe weather, a problem with the venue or illness of key personnel.

Full refunds will be made in these circumstances, and you will be notified accordingly using the contact details provided on the application form
