A message from the Chairman

Welcome to Taunton Festival of the Arts. It is with great joy and excitement that I welcome you to the beginning of our 2024/2025 annual celebration, a vibrant showcase exclusively featuring the talents of our young performers.

Our festival is a year-long journey, beginning with the Drama Festival in November, followed by the Music Festival in February, and culminating with the Dance Festival in May. Each segment brings its own unique charm, highlighting the incredible creativity and enthusiasm of the children.

This festival is a testament to the power of community and the spirit of volunteerism. The dedication and hard work of our volunteers make this event possible. Their commitment ensures that every performance is a resounding success, creating a memorable experience for both the performers and the audience.

The highlight of our festival is, of course, the children. Their infectious enthusiasm and sheer joy in performing are at the heart of our events. It is truly inspiring to witness their growth and development as they bring their artistic talents to the stage, captivating us with their energy and creativity.

As we embark on this celebration of the arts, I invite you to immerse yourselves in the delightful array of performances. Let us come together to support and cheer for these young stars, who have poured their hearts into preparing for this moment.

Here’s to a festival filled with inspiration, creativity, and unforgettable moments created by our talented children.
